It is an investment club begun by the then Georgia Chapter of BetterInvesting, to serve as an example of how an investment club can be run. It is an active investment club that operates using the BetterInvesting long-term investing principles.  The Club was founded in 2019 to serve the citizens of central Georgia.  

CGMIC is held every 3rd Saturday of the month at noon.
