How do you know if you have picked rational high and low prices on the SSG Section 4?

Your low price is one of the most important SSG judgments.  If it is not low enough, you may get a BUY instead of a HOLD.  You buy the stock and wonder why you didn’t make much money, or any money at all.

Your low price is the “bottomed out” price within the next five years.  Learn two “sanity checks” to see if your low price is rational.  Learn the tell-tale sign of a low price that is not low enough!

Your high price represents your hope to double your money in five years.  You don’t want it way up in the stratosphere!  Learn two “sanity checks” to see if your high price is within reason.
