“The Size Effect”
How Small Stocks Came to be Part of a Well-Diversified Portfolio

Learn the history of how small-cap stocks became integral to a well-diversified portfolio. The 1980’s “Capital Asset Pricing Model” guided investors on expected returns relative to risk.

The 1981 “Size Effect," identified a correlation between a company's size and its returns. Understand how small-cap stocks in a portfolio can balance risk and enhance returns.

A demonstration of the SSGPlus predefined Small Company and AList stock screens will be shown.
