“Are High P/E’s Irrational?”

Using Amazon as a case study, we will learn how to evaluate P/E Averages that are extremely
high. We will begin by looking the Amazon’s historical Average P/E trends. Then we will learn
four additional approaches. They are “Ken Kavula’s” method, the “Conservative” technique,
the “Book Value per Share Price” procedure, and Investopedia’s “P/E -vs- PEG Ratio.”
