Why is the menu, tabs and/or graph out of position?

The most common reason that items become out of position is that the user's font size in their browser is set too large for the program to accommodate.

The problems will typically be resolved if you set the minimum font size to 10 or below.

Here are browser specific instructions to reset the fonts:

Safari:

Click on the word 'Safari' then click on 'Settings' or 'Preferences'.

After you are in the Safari Settings then click on the last icon labelled 'Advanced'.

Under 'Accessibility' the top option is a font setting; 'Never use font sizes smaller than ...'. If you uncheck this or set it to a number that is 10 or less then any layout problems should be fixed.

Chrome:

Click on three bars or dots in the upper right corner of the browser. This is on the same line as the address bar.

Click on Settings

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on 'Show advanced settings.'

Scroll to the 'Appearance' section

Make sure Font size shows Medium

In the second row of the Customize Fonts page, 'Minimum Font Size', make sure the slider is set at no higher than '10'.

Firefox:

Click on three bars in the upper right corner of the browser. This is on the same line as the address bar.

Click on the 'gear' icon that says 'Options'.

Scroll down to the 'Language and Appearance' section.

Under the 'Fonts & Colors' section look to the right and click on the 'Advanced' button.

On the Fonts panel look for the 'Minimum Font Size' dropdown and select 'None', '9' or '10' then click 'OK'
