Why do I see a 403 Forbidden error when I log into the website?

After logging into the website you may receive the following message:

Forbidden

If you receive this message, you are logged in but do not have the rights (permissions) to visit the page you are seeking.
First, log out and log back in again to see if that resolves your issue.
