What if I lose the purchased gift code?
If you are the gift membership purchaser, the code will be in your purchase confirmation email sent right after purchasing from the BetterInvesting web store. If you can't find that email, feel free to contact us, and our Member Services team can look it up.
If you are the recipient of the gift membership, you should ask the purchaser for the code.
BetterInvesting is not responsible if a gift card or gift code is lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed. In these circumstances, please reach out to the original purchaser to receive your gift code.
