Description
The Pittsburgh Chapter Model Investment Club East services the eastern portion of southwestern Pennsylvania. Our Model Investment Club is sponsored by the Pittsburgh Chapter for the purpose of teaching investment club operations and BetterInvesting investment decision-making techniques.
Visitors are always welcome, and on occasion out number members. Bring your whole club, if you wish.
Anyone in the Chapter area can attend as a visitor, and is eligible to apply for membership. Visitors are encouraged to participate in our lively discussions (but only members may vote on investment decisions for the club).
Each member invests between $10 and $200 per month, and the club maintains an investment portfolio following BetterInvesting procedures.
Each month this club covers an investment educational topic or presents a teaching segment. Stocks are discussed and studied. Here is a link to Model Club Introduction
The Stock to Study is Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp. (NASDAQ - CTSH) and the undervalued stock is Brown-Forman Corp. (NYSE - BFB)
