Volunteer Spotlight:

Meet Assistant Director Allan Chestnut:
Allan Chestnut joined the Cincinnati Model Investment Club in September of 2023 and became a volunteer for the OKI Tri-State Chapter in 2024. He retired in 2022 from Cargill, the largest family-owned company in the US. Allan's career has been focused on livestock nutrition, particulary that of dairy and beef cattle. He worked directly with livestock producers as well as mentored, supported and trained other company field staff. He takes pride in R & D projects that resulted in several nutritional products for improving the health and efficiency of livestock production worldwide. He earned his BSc and MSc degrees from Kansas State University and his PhD from the University of Illinois. He currently resides in Mason, Ohio with his wife, Sara, and continues to work as a part-time consultant for livestock feed companies. They spend time serving at their church and enjoy traveling to visit historical sites. Allan is in charge of BetterInvesting's First Cuts and has assisted in helping to find venues and co-chaired our 2025 educational event.

Our volunteers believe in sharing their BetterInvesting knowledge with all investors. The OKI Tri-State Chapter has many dedicated members who have been honored for their outstanding services to their chapter and to the national BetterInvesting organization.

We are proud to showcase our directors and volunteers.
