Bergen County Model Investment Club Stock Study - July

Join the stock study session.

Join us online on the last Tuesday of the month for the Bergen Model Investment Club stock study session.
 
Members study two stocks a month and try to decide if they are potential candidates for the portfolio.  The stocks to be studied will be NextEra  Energy, Inc. (NEE) and Walmart, Inc. (WMT).

NextEra Energy'sregulated utility, Florida Power & Light, is the largest rate-regulated utility in Florida. FP&L contributes approximately 70% of Next Era's consolidated operating earnings.

Walmart serves as the preeiminent retailer in the United States, with its strategy predicted on superior operating efficiency and offering the lowest priced goods to consumers to drive robust store traffic and product turnover.

We encourage our guests to participate in the discussion.  So do your stock study and share your thoughts.
 
Club members use the BetterInvesting Stock Selection Guide (SSG) and research the stocks using financial websites and publications.

All meetings are free and open to the public.
