Model Investment Club
From our beginning, BetterInvesting has used model investment clubs as a vehicle for demonstrating our common sense investing principles and sound club management in a “live” setting, thus providing real-time learning for investment clubs, individual members, and prospective members.The Southeastern Michigan Chapter has three model investment clubs from which our members and prospective members can visit, FREE of charge, to see firsthand just how an investment operates. The three clubs include:

Meetings are typically held the third Monday of each month. Exceptions occur due to holidays, and there is no meeting in December.

The SE Michigan BetterInvesting Model Club is made up of Chapter Directors and other members of the general public. Come and check it out! Learn how to run an investment club by watching our Model Investment Club run theirs. Come, watch, listen, and learn. Network with others who want to be in a club.
Our model investment club meetings are free and open to the public.
The SE Michigan BetterInvesting Model Club conducts online meetings via GoToMeeting.

Description:
The Mid-Michigan and Southeastern Michigan Chapters of BetterInvesting have formed a model investment club. The club will follow the BetterInvesting philosophy of investing regularly, buying growth stocks at reasonable prices, reinvesting distributions, and staying diversified. If you have an interest in joining this club please attend a meeting! If you have a friend(s) who also might be interested, whether or not he/she is a BI member, don't be afraid to ask him/her to join us too! We intend for this Club to be a learning experience – so come learn with us!
