— The Editorial Advisory and Securities Review Committee of BetterInvesting Magazine today announced Visa Inc.. (NYSE: V) as its March 2011 “Stock to Study” and Abbott Laboratories (NYSE: ABT) as its March 2011 “Undervalued Stock” for investors’ informational and educational use.
"The committee chose Visa because of its strong position in the marketplace, continuing expected growth and reasonable current valuation," said Adam Ritt, editor of BetterInvesting Magazine. "For the Undervalued selection, the committee chose Abbott Labs because its growth prospects remain strong while the valuation remains relatively low; the dividend yield is also attractive."
